Millie Mavrodis

Millie is an Associate at Greenwoods and Herbert Smith Freehills in Melbourne. Prior to joining the firm in March 2018, Millie spent three years in the tax group of a law firm working on a broad range of tax advisory, transactional and dispute matters.

Millie specialises on issues relating to trust taxation and has experience advising on the income tax and GST aspects of property development transactions and dealing with the ATO in tax disputes. At Greenwoods, Millie assists clients operating in various industry sectors including real estate, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and private wealth.

Millie holds a Bachelor of Arts and Laws (Honours) from Monash University, is admitted to practice as a lawyer in Victoria, and is a member of The Tax Institute and the Law Institute of Victoria. Millie is currently studying for a Master of Laws at The University of Melbourne.

Millie is the co-author of “The tax jigsaw of broadacre subdivisions and sale”, published by The Tax Institute in May 2017.
