Together with his extensive international tax expertise, including advising clients on inbound and outbound structures, David has a wealth of experience in assisting multinationals determine and defend the pricing of their cross border transactions with related parties. This includes transfer pricing planning assignments, transfer pricing documentation, and assisting clients in managing transfer pricing reviews and audits. He has also been involved in negotiating unilateral and bilateral Advanced Pricing Agreements with Australian and foreign tax authorities.

David will have a dual role at Greenwoods. In addition to helping us grow and expand our Perth practice, David will provide the Firm with deep transfer pricing expertise, across a wide range of issues and industries.
